$35.00 a month

You will receive one (1) annual visual inspection of the home within seven (7) days of purchase or renewal to include the following:
Any issues found during inspection will be addressed with the customer and a plan of action will be discussed to remedy the issue.

You will also receive one (1) basic help call, free of charge, up to 1 hour of labor for things such as:

Customer will be responsible for the cost of any materials needed. If more than one hour is needed to complete the project, the customer will be billed $65.00 an hour for any additional hours needed to complete.
All calls will be responded to within 24 hours and a plan of action to take care of any issues will be set in motion.
No additional charges for after-hour emergency calls, just the standard rate of $65.00 an hour. Emergency calls will be responded to within three (3) hours to evaluate and initiate damage control.

Emergency calls consist of the following:

You will receive two (2) annual visual inspections of the home. The first inspection within seven (7) days of purchase or renewal, the second approximately 6 months from the original inspection. Each inspection includes the following:

You will also receive ten (10) basic help calls free of charge up to 1 hour of labor for each call for things such as:

If more than one hour is needed to complete the project, the customer will be billed $65.00 an hour for any additional hours needed to complete.
